Shown above are the floor plans for the new Bedford Township Government Center. The first floor will include the Supervisor's office, Treasurers office,  and Clerk's office. Also on the first floor will be the Assessing Department. The Monroe County Sheriff's substation will be located on the north side of the building with a separate entrance in front. The offices are arranged so that all services are available around a central lobby. The second floor will include the Development Services section consisting of the building department, planning department and ordinance enforcement department. The second floor can be reached by elevator or by a stairway located near the front entrance. A larger board room is also located on the second floor along with several conference rooms.

The building exterior will consist of red brick and sandstone on all four sides with white vinyl trim.
