The Bedford Township Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will hold a “Regular Board Meeting” to hold a variance hearing on Monday, June 2, 2008 at 7:00 P.M.,8100 Jackman Road, Bedford Township Government Center, Board Room (Second Floor), Temperance, MI 48182 for the purpose of considering the following: 1. The Appeal of Daniel L Showalter, 8041 Crabb Road, Temperance, MI 48182, requesting a 17.00 ± foot front yard set-back variance (Ordinance 400.1800) for a proposed “residential dwelling”, in an AG District Agriculture District), on land described as 58-02-026-009-00, 8041 Crabb Road. 2. The Appeal of Kevin Wexler, 4105 Saint Anthony Road, Temperance, MI 48182, requesting a 196 ± square footage variance (Ordinance 400.1903) for a proposed “accessory building” in an R-2B District (One Family Residential District), on land described as 58-02-590-023-00, Saint Anthony Road.
